The guild rules

1. This is a non-PKing guild. We cannot have abyss grudges holding back players from grinding due to guild wars. If you are in an abyss, there are regulations to follow to ensure you are not PKing.
a) If you are going to test hit, ask permission. Do not kill the person you’re dmg testing on.
b) If you wish to 1 v 1, always ask. PVP is by no means bad, but we do not encourage, nor will we tolerate
2. Do NOT harass other players. This goes for guildies and for other players alike. This is not to say to not stand up for yourself. If you are being bullied, picked on, whatever… Stand up and say something back. Take screenies if you feel they’re needed to defend yourself. Harassing of other players for any reason (gender, sexual orientation, race, idealisms, religion, or any other manner) is up
for possible skipping of demotion procedure and allows for IMMEDIATE dismissal from the guild, given Guild Master’s approval.
3. KSing is strictly prohibited. It’s in the ToS. Learn it, live it, love it… Or gtfo.
4. All banning from guild must have the approval of a total of four (4) admins. That means that the admin banning must have support from three (3) other admins. Screen shots are not needed but always help. After a member has been banned, the banning admin must report to the GM who was banned, who were the other three admins involved, and what rule was broken.
The GM can either be emailed, be left a topic or private message on the website, or be talked to next time the GM logs in.
5. Talking about gifting in academy or guild is prohibited as well. This is another ToS violation. IF you feel the most pressing need to ask if anyone has any SC left, it should ONLY EVER be asked in the manner of “Does anyone have any porridge?” That will be the code for gifting questions. Take it to whispers should anyone answer yes.
6. Anything that could be taken as wildly inappropriate or too infused with drama NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO WHISPERS. Yes, we are a pervy guild. What we do not need are details. If it's a general statement, that's fine. Details is too much. Keep it out of guild/acad chat. Should any admin see such talk going on, remind the offender to keep such speaking out of guild/acad chat. If the offender is an acad member, and they do not stop when reminded, ban their chat until they can stop discussing it. If it is a guild member, take screenies and the GM will deal with it accordingly.
7. Yes, new members will have to register for this site, just like the old ones. The most important thing about registering for this site is right here, the guild rules. I want no member to ever say they never saw or had access to see them.
